You know that famous Matisse painting that took him years to paint? yes, that one 'La Dance' with the figures dancing in a circle? it was part of a series that he painted about the muses. He did many, many trial paintings before he got it right - the perfect balance of colour, of movement, of life.
 
Well I thought it would be fun to use the idea with the dogs I see playing on Poppit Sands, where daily they fully embody La Dance and La Joie de Vie
