Edge of Spring
A New Original Painting of Yorkshire titled 'Edge of Spring' from Helen Elliott.
Inspired by the soft light of a late winter's morning dog walk in the Yorkshire Wolds. The crisp snow laden fields reflecting the warm glow of sunrise and the promise of spring to come.
I particularly love the hawthorne hedges and stands of beech trees at this time of year in the Wolds, and therefore they were the images that led into the design of this painting.
