Service Description

Just as in painting, as artists we rely on the awareness and placement of lights and darks in a picture, so in life - an awareness of our own light and dark is the basis of wholeness, integration and self-actualisation and the satisfaction, success and expansion that follows. As the beautiful beings we are, we all have aspects of ourselves that we are not consciously aware of. Acknowledging and integrating these parts, known as the "shadow self" is an important aspect of self-awareness and creative development. These aspects can include 'negative' traits and fears, which we're not focusing on here, but also buried positive potential, creativity, and forgotten dreams. The goal is to achieve wholeness by bringing the unconscious shadow into consciousness. Join me for a relaxed, art-based exploration of your creativity that you may not have been previously known.
