It’s of my local beach MWNT, and it’s a place where you can frequently see dolphins quite close to the shore. You can catch some nice surf waves and there’s also a beautiful sandy beach for the children and I forgot to mention the most fabulous café ever my friends at @cabanmwnt

I just love the fact that everything in life is so interconnected … that there’s everyday happiness and there’s no separation between ‘work’ and ‘life’. Not a question of balance. A matter of being.

And yes the show prep will be done, the kids will be fed and the potty emptied 😂

This small but spirited piece seems to have wandered in from another dimension—part guardian, part joyful mischief-maker. A winged figure stands surrounded by bursts of color like petals or party streamers, as if it just landed at the celebration and hasn’t yet told anyone it’s an angel.

The phrase “laugh and hold the holy” came during painting, like a wink from something wiser. It felt like a reminder: that we can meet the sacred not just in silence or stillness, but in bright color, strange shapes, and unexpected joy. That the holy doesn’t mind a bit of a mess, and sometimes even prefers it.
