Throughout this immersive three-day event you'll have the opportunity to experience and use many different painting approaches. You'll develop your own studio journal and learn to trust your intuitive art-making, and use it to find your personal colour preferences and learn how to incorporate these into your paintings. Through demonstration and practice you'll strengthen skills of painting and experience how creativity of any kind, especially painting can help you relax, build mental resilience, and become more resourceful. Making art in the way will help you become focussed and present and find a new kind of personal strength as you explore your own choices and creativity through paint. Fact - it's not only paint and paper ... but so much more that you are creating. During the 3 days, your practical painting skills will develop and you'll start to notice how far you’ve come and what you are capable of achieving, and not only with your paint brush.
