Each video lasts about 45 minutes and form part of  a series that build on each other.

Suggested materials:

(but not essential - just use what you have)

-Acrylic paints in red, blue, yellow, black and white.

-Small canvas panel or cardboard.

-Chalk.

-Brushes, water, baby wipes or kitchen roll.

-Old clothes or apron.

NB acrylic paint, when dry, will be almost impossible to remove from clothes or carpet

- so prep well !
