DELIVERY & RETURNS
We would like to make you aware that most of our products are hand made to order, and therefore can take up to 10 -15 days to produce, during busy seasons especially.
We appreciate your patience with us while we create your special piece.
Christmas Production & Delivery - we do get especially busy during the festive period, so orders placed before and by 17th of December (2018) are recommended for delivery in time for Christmas. For further information contact us!
We do ship internationally and these charges are applied at checkout. Charges are weight specific. If you cannot select the country you would like to send to, get in touch for a quote: email firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery on items made to order (most of our prints) is estimated at 2 days for standard orders once production is completed, which can take up to 10-15 days during busy times.
If you have an order that is slightly more urgent than our standard 10 -15working days, please let us know and we will always endeavor to make and dispatch your item in time for a special occasion.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
If you wish to cancel an order or return an item, you have 14 days to notify us that you want to cancel an order or exchange an item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
Contact us by phone or email quoting your order number and letting us know that you would like to cancel or return an item and why.
If already received, package the item up and send it back to us within 10 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you may have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
We will process the refund directly to your payment card or Paypal (whichever method you used to pay), up to but no more than:
a. 5 days after the day the product is received by us; or
b. if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product; or
c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
Please be aware that you may have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless the product is faulty or damaged on delivery or the wrong product has been supplied.
