These are our terms and conditions
for purchases from the website or via post. Payment 1. Payments through this site are made through secure a PAYPAL transaction. 2. Phone orders can be made by calling 01239 711735 3. We also accept payment by cheque and this can be done by emailing
an order to mail@helenelliott.net. Cheques to be made payable to 'Helen Elliott'' and posted to: Helen Elliott, Tollgate Studios, Carmarthen Road, Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire. SA389DA. 1.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days; however please allow upto 10 working days. Please contact us if you require
items for a specific date and we will do our very best. Postage and packaging 1. Postage
and packaging quoted applies to delivery to all mainland UK addresses. For all other shipping destinations please
contact us for a quote. 2. All items are posted via Royal Mail or courier.
We cannot accept responsibility for the delay of goods due to industrial action, courier delay or bad weather. 3. If you are at all unhappy with any item please inform us using the
contact details below, within 7 days of receiving your goods. For prints and canvases we are happy to exchange items that
are not exactly to your liking. We will refund or replace any items that are damaged or faulty. Any items needing
to be returned are done so at your own expense. Postage will be reimbursed with the refund of defective or unwanted
